13ᵗʰ Bergsten Lecture

The University of Vienna and the Austrian Arbitration Association (Arb|Aut) cordially invite you to the 13ᵗʰ Bergsten Lecture which annually takes place during the Vis Moot finals. It is held in honour of Professor Eric Bergsten, the founding-father of the Vis Moot back in 1994.

This year's lecture will be given by Anna-Maria Tamminen (Managing Partner, Hannes Snellman) who will discuss the topic of: “Joinder in Arbitration and Joining the Arbitration Community – in Divisive Times, When to Integrate and When Not?"
